Thompson Bros Organic Highland Gin

Named after Philip and Simon Thompson, the brothers behind the Dornoch Distillery, this gin features a selection of botanicals chosen with help from the feedback they received from their Experimental Batches series. This includes juniper berries, angelica root, cardamom seed, aniseed, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander seed, meadowsweet, elderflower, black peppercorn and freeze-dried raspberry. Not only that, but 10% of the base spirit is produced at the tiny distillery in Sutherland from Organic Plumage Archer Barley.
