石之森章太郎（1938年1月25日－1998年1月28日），日本漫畫家，原名小野寺章太郎，一直到1984年以前均以石森章太郎為筆名，筆名來自於出生地日本宮城縣登米郡石森町。繪製作品約有700多套，是繼手塚治虫之後，產量最多的「漫畫之王」。曾擔任手塚治虫的助手，處女作為1953年發表的《二級天使》。其漫畫曾多次被改編成日劇。 《小露寶》、《人造人009》、《天地雙龍》、《大鐵人17》、《幪面超人系列》均出自其手筆。
