Nebbiolo from Barbaresco DOCG, Dolcetto d’Alba DOC and Barbera d’Alba DOC. Aging for five years in classic Piedmontese barrels of about 700 liters, in different types of wood, stored in rooms with the right humidity and at a constant temperature between 14 and 19 degrees C °.
