秩父 Chichibu Ichiro’s Malt Japanese Single Malt Whisky (Exclusive for LIQUORLAND KIMURA)

Selected by Donoch Distillery, Kimura and the Whiskeyfind. Specially matured in a T5 Wine Cask. T5 is an exceptional limited-edition 225- or 228-litre barrel, which is made of the oak from the forest of Tronçais, producing very fine-grain wood which is stringently selected and naturally seasoned in the open air for five years. Each T5 is made and personally signed by a master cooper Meilleur Ouvrier de France or Compagnon du Devoir, duly trained, in a dedicated workshop. Wines matured in T5 reveal greater length and depth, thus enhancing their density while preserving their finesse and elegance.
